Paul Rudewick is the President and CEO of OFMS Energy Risk Management Group, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Paul has over 16 years of energy risk management experience, which includes working at a former partnership between Goldman Sachs and the largest wholesale energy supply firm in the U.S. Paul began his career in investment banking, having financed the development of over 16 power plants, a number of natural gas pipelines and global oil upgrading projects, totaling over $12 billion in investments. Paul has an MBA from Fordham University in NYC and a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.
Carlos is the President of TAS Technical Consulting, an engineering project and consulting firm. Carlos has over 20 years experience in the chemicals, pipelines and refining industry, including a senior leadership position at a joint venture between BP and Shell and the financial integration of acquired oil companies ARCO and Castrol.
Steve serves as President for TMA. Steve is the founder of Rauschenberger Partners, LLC. Prior to founding the firm, Rauschenberger served for fifteen years in the Illinois State Senate, holding various leadership positions, including Assistant Republican Leader and Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee. Steve is the former President of the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), where he also served as co-chair of the Taskforce on Telecommunications and Electronic Commerce. Steve is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.
Ajoy Reddi is a Vice President at Fred Alger Management, an investment management firm with $21 billion in assets under management, where he is responsible for the coverage of international markets. Ajoy has over 17 years of experience in the financial markets. He has previously worked at William Blair & Company, Franklin Templeton Investments, and Credit Suisse. Ajoy has a MBA from The University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a BA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
Bo Patel currently works as a senior level investment banker at VentureLab where he works as a CXO in a strategic advisory capacity helping start-up companies with business development efforts and raising series A capital. Recently, Bo has been involved in next generation lighting technology companies, sitting on the board of technology companies such as Eden Park Illumination, 10X Technology, and A2Z Green Lighting. Bo earned his MBA from The University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
